We are looking for a driven and dynamic Dispositions Wholesale Specialist to join our remote real estate investment team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for marketing and selling contracted residential and commercial wholesale deals to a network of cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals. You’ll manage buyer relationships, negotiate assignment contracts, coordinate closings, and ensure a smooth transaction process from contract to close.
